INGREDIENTS: Maize (75%), palm fat, salt (4%), antioxidants (tocopherol, ascorbyl palmitate). NUTRITION INFORMATION per 100g: energy 1993kJ477kcal, fat 23g, saturates 14g, carbohydrates 51g, sugars 3.8g, fibre 11g, protein 11g, salt 3.6g. Store in a cool, dry place. PREPARATION: Place in the microwave for 2–3 min without the plastic overwrap, picture side down. Stay near the microwave once popping starts. Listen carefully and stop the microwave when popping slows to 2–3 seconds between pops. Carefully remove the very hot bag and shake to mix. Allow to cool for a few seconds. Open by pulling the opposite corners diagonally—caution, hot steam. WARNING: Handle the bag with care. The bag and contents will be very hot. Open away from the face. Children must not prepare without adult supervision. Microwave power varies. For best results do not use your oven’s preset popcorn timer; stay nearby and listen for the popping to slow. Do not stop and restart during cooking. Some kernels will remain unpopped—do not re-microwave. They may damage teeth. Place only the popcorn bag in the microwave with no other utensils.
