WR Golden Marzipan 500g

INGREDIENTS: Sugar, ALMONDS (25%), glucose syrup, inverted sugar syrup, colouring (E161b), preservative (E202). ALLERGENS: in CAPITALS. NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION per 100g: energy 1780kJ423kcal, fat 13g, saturates 1.1g, carbohydrates 69g, sugars 64g, fibre 2.7g, protein 6.4g, salt 0g. Product of the United Kingdom. Store in a cool, dry place. DIRECTIONS: Knead marzipan until flexible and roll out with icing sugar to prevent sticking, to about 5mm thick. Brush the cake with apricot jam and cover with marzipan.
