INGREDIENTS: green lentils, water, firming agent (E509), antioxidant (E300). NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION per 100g: energy 288kJ68kcal, fat 0.5g, saturates 0.1g, carbohydrates 11g, sugars 0.5g, fibre 1.7g, protein 4.9g, salt 0.03g. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate in a non-metallic container with lid at temperatures up to 5°C and consume within 2 days. Preparation: heat gently in a saucepan 3–4 min. Drain before serving.
