NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION per 100g (prepared): energy 468kJ 110kcal, fat 0.6g, saturates 0.2g, carbohydrate 22g, sugars 0.2g, fibre 0.9g, protein 3.7g, salt 0.1g. Store in a cool, dry place. Preparation: Use 1 noodle nest per person for a light mealside; 2 for a main. PAN: place in boiling water, remove from heat and soak, stirring to separate. Drain and refresh under cold water.
