INGREDIENTS: cooked basmati rice (99%) (water, basmati rice), sunflower oil, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of vegetable fatty acids). NUTRITION per 100g: energy 694kJ164kcal, fat 1.1g (saturates 0.3g), carbohydrate 34g (sugars 0.5g), fibre 1.4g, protein 4g, salt 0g. Made in the UK with rice from India or Pakistan. Store cool and dry. Once opened, heat and use immediately. PREP: Microwave (800W 2 min). Squeeze pouch to loosen rice, open a 2cm vent and heat upright. Do not reheat. Stand 30s before serving. Caution: hot steam on opening. Protective atmosphere. Best before endlot: see back.
