Ingredients: Noodle mix (96.5%): Noodles (86%) [WHEAT flour, sunflower oil, salt, raising agents (potassium carbonates, sodium carbonates)], sugar, potato starch, flavourings, onion powder, acidity regulator (sodium diacetate), salt, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate), curry (0.5%) (coriander, cumin, turmeric, pepper, aniseed, cinnamon, fennel seed, ginger, lovage root, cayenne pepper, allspice), yeast extract, cumin, garlic powder, potassium chloride, processed Cheese powder [Mozzarella Cheese (MILK), Cheese (MILK), whey product (MILK)], maltodextrin. Sauce sachet (3.5%): Mango puree (87%) [mango, sugar, salt, acid (acetic acid), spices], water, spirit vinegar, modified corn starch, cayenne pepper. NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION per 100g (as prepared): energy 459kJ 110kcal, fat 3.7g, of which saturates 0.4g, carbohydrate 16g, of which sugars 1.4g, fibre 0.5g, protein 2.3g, sal 0.52g. Store in a cool and dry place. INSTRUCTIONS: Add noodles to a pan of 350ml boiling water. Stir in dry seasoning sachet, reduce heat slightly and cook for 2 mins, stirring occasionally.
