Ingredients: couscous 83% (durum WHEAT semolina), maltodextrin, dried tomato 3%, tomato powder 2%, dehydrated tomato 2%, flavors (with BARLEY), palm oil, sugar, dehydrated onion, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper powder, dried parsley, salt, coloring (E160c), acidulant (E330). ALLERGENS: in CAPITALS, contains cereals with GLUTEN. NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION per 100ml (prepared): energy 622kJ147kcal, fat 1.1g, saturated fat 0.5g, carbohydrates 28g, sugars 2.3g, fiber 2.3g, protein 5.2g, salt 0.38g. Product of the United Kingdom. Store in a cool, dry place. PREPARATION: Empty the contents of the packet into a bowl. Add 170ml of boiling water and stir well. Let stand 5 minutes to allow the couscous to absorb the water.
