NUTRITION per 100g (prepared): energy 578kJ137kcal, fat 1.1g (saturates 0.2g), carbohydrate 28g, sugars 0.1g, fibre 0.7g, protein 3.2g, salt 0.05g. Product of the UK. Packed in a protective atmosphere. Store cool and dry. Once opened, use immediately. PREP: Squeeze pouch, cut a ~2cm vent. MICROWAVE (850750W): stand pouch upright on a plate, heat 1 min 30 s, stand 30 s, open fully and fluff with a fork. Serve hot. Do not reheat. Caution: hot steam. Best before endlot: see pack.
