Iceland Christmas Pudding 100g

INGREDIENTS: raisins (28%), sugar, WHEAT flour (with calcium, iron, niacin, thiamine), cider (12%), sultanas (10%), vegetable oils (coconut, shea), water, humectant (glycerol), candied citrus peel (orange peel, glucose syrup, lemon peel, sugar, acidity regulator (E330)), sherry (2%), rum (1%), orange peel, molasses, lemon peel, salt, mixed spices (coriander, cinnamon, cloves, fennel, ginger, nutmeg, cardamom), flavouring, yeast. ALLERGENS: in CAPITALS. May contain traces of other NUTS. NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION per 100g: energy 1349kJ320kcal, fat 6.7g, saturates 4g, carbohydrates 59g, sugars 45g, fibre 5g, protein 2.6g, salt 0.2g. Store in a cool, dry place. PREPARATION: MICROWAVE 800W, remove packaging and pierce film several times. Heat 40 s, wait 1 min. HOB: remove packaging, leaving the film. Place on a saucer or trivet in a pan with enough water to reach halfway up the pudding basin. Bring to the boil and simmer 30 min (do not let the water boil dry). Serve by carefully removing the film lid and turning out onto a plate. WARNING: Take care when opening, steam may escape. Best beforebatch: see pack.
