INGREDIENTS: steamed long-grain rice (99%), sunflower oil. NUTRITION INFORMATION per 100g: energy 568kJ134kcal, fat 0.9g, saturates 0.1g, carbohydrate 28g, sugars 0.5g, fibre 0.7g, protein 2.7g, salt 0.01g. Store cool and dry at room temperature. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 3 days. Directions: Squeeze pouch; Saucepan : boil 30ml water, add rice, cover and simmer 3 min; Microwave : snip corner and heat 2 min (700W) or 90s (900W); stir. Best before endlot: see pack.
