INGREDIENTS: water, WHEAT flour, sunflower oil, WHEAT gluten, salt, acidity regulator (E270), stabiliser (E412). ALLERGENS: in CAPITALS. NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION per 100g: energy 639kJ 151kcal, fat 1.4g, saturates 0.3g, carbohydrates 27g, sugars 0.6g, fibre 1.8g, protein 6.4g, salt 0.4g. Made in China. Once opened, use immediately. PREPARATION: Microwave 850W: empty noodles into a microwaveable container, add approx. 10ml water (1 teaspoon), cover and heat on full power 1 min. Stir with a fork to separate. Stir-fryWok: add to your recipe and stir-fry 1–2 min. WARNING: do not open with sharp tools. Best beforelot: see pack.
