NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION per 100g: energy 393kJ93kcal, fat 2g, saturates 1.3g, carbohydrates 16g, sugars 8.7g, fibre 0.5g, protein 3.1g, salt 0.11g, calcium 90mg. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, remove unused contents, refrigerate and consume within 3 days. Preparation: can be eaten hot or cold. Saucepan: pour into a pan and heat gently, stirring often, do not boil.
