Ingredients: Wholemeal WHEAT flour (60%), WHEAT flour (with calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), water, salt, firming agents (E501, E500). ALLERGENS: in CAPITALS, contains cereals with GLUTEN. May contain traces of: PEANUTS, NUTS. NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION per 100g (prepared): energy 698kJ 165kcal, fat 0.7g, saturates 0.1g, carbohydrates 30g, sugars 0.8g, fibre 4.8g, protein 7g, salt 0.22g. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep in an airtight container. INSTRUCTIONS: bring water to the boil and remove from heat. Add noodles and soak 6–7 min, stirring frequently to separate.
