Birds Custard Powder 250g

INGREDIENTS: cornflour, salt, colour (E160bii), flavouring. ALLERGENS: may contain traces of MILK. NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION per 100g (prepared with semi-skimmed milk): energy 350kJ83kcal, fat 1.5g, saturates 1g, carbohydrates 14g, sugars 9.5g, fibre 0.5g, protein 3.1g, salt 0.15g. Product of the UK. Store in a cool, dry place. Once made up, refrigerate and treat as fresh food. Preparation: mix 2 tbsp (35g) custard powder and 2 tbsp (35g) sugar with about 2 tsp of the cold milk (from 568ml) to make a smooth paste; add the remaining milk and mix. SAUCEPAN: heat, stirring continuously, until just boiling. MICROWAVE (800W): cook on full power for 6 min in a microwave-safe bowl (~2L), stirring halfway and before serving. Use skimmed, semi-skimmed, whole, coconut or almond milk; adjust milk for desired thickness and sugar to taste. Best before endlot: see lid or base.
