NUTRITION INFORMATION per 100g: energy 705kJ167kcal, fat 3.1g, saturates 0.2g, carbohydrate 31g, sugars 1g, fibre 1.6g, protein 3.4g, salt 0.44g. Packed in a protective atmosphere. Store cool and dry. Once opened, refrigerate any unheated rice and use within 3 days. Preparation: Squeeze pouch; Saucepan : boil ~30ml water, add rice, cover and simmer 3 min; Microwave : open corner slightly, heat 2 min (700W)90s (900W). Stir before serving.
