INGREDIENTS: steamed long-grain rice (83%), red pepper (4.7%), carrot, corn (3.1%), peas (1.9%), sunflower oil, salt, natural flavouring, yeast extract, natural flavouring, onion powder, spices, acidity regulator (citric acid). ALLERGENS: in CAPITALS. NUTRITION INFORMATION per 100g: energy 639kJ151kcal, fat 2.2g, saturates 0.1g, carbohydrate 29g, sugars 0.7g, fibre 1.2g, protein 3.3g, salt 0.44g. Store cool and dry. Preparation: Squeeze pouch to separate rice. Microwave 2 min (700W) or 90s (900W). Saucepan: boil 30ml water, add rice, cover and simmer 3 min. Stir-fry: 2 min. Best before endlot: see pack.
