INGREDIENTS: WHEAT flour (with calcium, iron, niacin (B3), thiamin (B1)), vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed), curry powder (coriander, turmeric, MUSTARD, Bengal gram flour, cumin, chillies, fenugreek, black pepper, garlic, fennel, poppy seeds), sugar, salt, flavour enhancer (E621), tomato purée, spices. ALLERGENS: in CAPITALS, with cereals containing GLUTEN. NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION per 100g (prepared): energy 321kJ 77kcal, fat 3.8g, saturates 1.3g, carbohydrates 8.4g, sugars 1.9g, fibre 0.8g, protein 1.2g, salt 1.7g. Store in a cool, dry place. Preparation: Mix 85g product with 340ml water. SAUCEPAN: bring to the boil and simmer 2 min, stirring constantly. MICROWAVE: heat 5 min (800W), stirring every minute. Serve hot.
