Weetabix Readybrek 750g

High in fibre, protein, vitamins and minerals. Contains naturally occurring sugars. INGREDIENTS: wholegrain OAT flakes (60%), wholegrain OAT flour (38%), calcium, niacin, iron, riboflavin (B2), vitamin B6, thiamin (B1), folic acid, vitamin D, vitamin B12. ALLERGENS: in UPPERCASE. May contain traces of BARLEY, MILK, RYE, WHEAT. NUTRITION per 100g: energy 1575kJ374kcal, fat 8.7g, saturates 1.2g, carbohydrates 58g, sugars 1g, fibre 7.9g, protein 12g, salt 0.03g. Thiamin 0.94mg, Riboflavin 1.2mg, Niacin 14mg, Vit B6 1.2mg, Folic Acid 170µg, Vit B12 2.1µg, Vit D 4.3µg, Calcium 1340mg, Iron 12mg. Store cool and dry. Preparation: mix 30g with 150ml milk or water, heat in microwave or boil for 90s, stir and stand 1 min before serving. Best beforelot: see top.
