ALLERGENS: in CAPITALS, with cereals containing GLUTEN. NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION per 100g: energy 489kJ117kcal, fat 4.2g, saturates 1.4g, carbohydrates 12g, sugars 4.1g, fibre 3.5g, protein 5.8g, salt 0.57g. Product of the United Kingdom. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, transfer to a non-metallic sealed container, refrigerate, and consume within 2 days. PREPARATION: SAUCEPAN: heat gently 3–4 min, stirring constantly, do not boil. MICROWAVE: 750W – 3 min; 850W – 2½ min. Heat covered, stirring once. Stand 1 min. Best before endlot: see can base.
