Custard: maize starch, salt, colour E160bii, flavouring. Topping: sugar, modified maize starch, MILK proteins, glucose syrup powder, palm oil, maltodextrin, inulin, emulsifier E472b, dextrose, stabiliser E407, flavouring, colour E160a. Sponge: sugar, WHEAT flour, EGG, glucose-fructose syrup, raising agents E503, MILK proteins, flavouring, acidulant E330. Chocolate-flavoured decorations: sugar, cocoa mass, whole MILK powder, cocoa butter, fat-reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier E322, glazing agent E414. ALLERGENS: in CAPITALS, contains cereals with GLUTEN. Jelly and custard may contain traces of MILK. NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION per 100g (prepared): energy 368kJ87kcal, fat 2.3g, saturates 1.5g, carbohydrates 14g, sugars 11g, fibre 0.5g, protein 2.2g, salt 0.13g. Store in a cool, dry place. Once prepared, refrigerate and treat as fresh food. Recipe: 700ml milk, 35g sugar, 425ml boiling water. Make the jelly and cool 10 min. Make the custard and cool until the jelly has set. Cut the sponge into 4, place in a dish and pour over cold jelly. Chill 30–40 min. Pour custard over the jelly. Cool. Prepare topping, pour over chilled dessert and decorate with chocolate.
