Blue Dragon Thai Red Curry Paste 170g

Ingredients: water, rapeseed oil, chopped lemongrass 6%, lime leaves 6%, chopped galangal 6%, garlic purée, soy paste (water, SOY, rice, salt), concentrated tomato paste, onion purée, modified corn starch, sugar, chili paste (red chilies 2.5%, salt, acidity regulator (E260)), spices (coriander 0.7%, cumin), coriander leaf 1%, salt, chili flakes 1%, paprika extract, acidity regulator (E330). ALLERGENS: in CAPITAL LETTERS. May contain traces of PEANUTS and TREE NUTS. NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION per 100g: energy 720kJ 173kcal, fat 12g, saturated 1g, carbohydrates 12g, sugars 6g, protein 2.2g, salt 2.2g. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within the next 2 weeks. Preparation: sauté 400g of chicken breast with 1 tablespoon of hot oil. Reduce the heat to medium and add 12 jar of paste and cook 1 min. Stir. Add 12 can (200ml) of coconut milk and bring to the boil. Add a handful of mangetout and red pepper. Simmer until the chicken is well done. Serve with rice. Best before end of batch: see lid.
