Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate for up to 30 days. Preparation: stir, spread, or apply over cakes or cupcakes. For glazing: spread a thin layer over the cooled cake. Microwave (800W) uncovered for 20 seconds, stir, and heat for another 5–10 seconds if needed until smooth. Pour over cake to drip down sides.
