Betty Crocker Raindow Cake Mix 425g

Ingredients: sugar, WHEAT flour, palm fat, raising agents (E341, E500), corn starch, emulsifiers (E477, E471, E481), dextrose, rice flour, salt, stabiliser (E415), flavouring, thickener (E413), colours (E160a, E132, E141, E101, E120, E133), flour treatment agent (E300). ALLERGENS: in CAPITALS. May contain traces of MILK, EGG, SOYA. NUTRITION INFORMATION per 100g: energy 1611kJ381kcal, fat 4.6g (saturates 2.6g), carbohydrates 79g (sugars 49g), fibre 1g, protein 5.7g, salt 1.2g. Store in a cool, dry place. Preparation: Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease tins and preferably line bases with baking parchment. For cupcakes, line 2 standard trays with cases. Beat 3 medium eggs with 180ml watermilk, 90ml oil90g melted butter and the mix for 2–3 min until smooth and creamy. Divide into tins. Bake 22–27 min or until a round-tipped knife comes out clean. Cupcakes: bake both trays together 18–22 min. Cool 10 min in tins before removing. Add icing. Best beforelot: see top of pack.
