ALLERGENS: in CAPITALS, including cereals containing GLUTEN. Microwave: 1 Add noodles & flavour sachet to a large microwaveable dish. 2 Pour over 300ml (12 pint) of boiling water.Cook on high for 5 - 6 mins (850W - 650W) uncovered until liquid is absorbed.
