Iceland Chocolate & Caramel Pudding 300g

Ingredients: Salted caramel sauce (39%) (glucose syrup, sugar, whipping cream (MILK), butter (MILK), invert sugar syrup, water, corn starch, salt, emulsifier (E322)), margarine (sunflower oil, water, fully hydrogenated sunflower oil, coconut oil, emulsifier (E322), salt, flavouring, acidity regulator (E330), colour (E160a)), WHEAT flour (with calcium, niacin, iron, folic acid, thiamin), sugar, pasteurised liquid EGG, humectant (glycerol), fat-reduced cocoa powder (1.5%), raising agents (E341, E501), preservative (E202), acidity regulator (E330). ALLERGENS: including cereals containing GLUTEN, see ingredients in CAPITALS. May contain traces of NUTS. NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION per 100g: Energy 1780kJ425kcal, fat 21g, of which saturates 9.7g, carbohydrate 55g, of which sugars 31g, fibre 3g, protein 3g, salt 0.3g. Store in a cool, dry place. Not suitable for freezing. PREPARATION:MICROWAVE (800W): Pierce film several times and heat for 1 min 10 sec. Leave to stand for 1 min. Remove film and turn out onto a plate.HOB: Place the pot, without piercing or removing the film, in a saucepan on an upturned heat-resistant saucer. Add enough water to reach halfway up the pot. Bring to the boil and simmer for 45 min. Remove film and turn out onto a plate. CAUTION: Do not allow the water to boil dry. Take care when opening as there may be a build-up of steam.
